Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Levion.vn website for learning Vietnamese through our membership subscription service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after the changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the changes. If you do not wish to continue using the Service under the new version of the Terms, you may stop using our Service or terminate your account without notifying us in advance.

Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds (Premium Membership)

3.1 Billing

You may purchase a Premium Membership directly from Levion.vn by paying a Premium Membership fee in advance, monthly or yearly, to access Vietnamese language learning content.

We may change the price for the Premium Membership fee from time to time and will communicate any price changes to you in advance and, if applicable, how to accept those changes. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the price change date. Subject to applicable law, you accept the new price by continuing to use the Levion.vn Service after the price change takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you have the right to reject the change by canceling your Premium Membership before the price change goes into effect.

3.2 Renewal; Cancellation

Your payment to Levion.vn will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period, unless you cancel your Premium Membership before the end of the then-current subscription period. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to Basic Membership. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.

3.3 Refunds

Unless otherwise specified in these Terms, all Membership Fees are nonrefundable. No refunds shall be issued for partial use or non-use of the Service(s) by you. However, refunds are available within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided the course has not been accessed or used beyond 10% of its total duration. Refunds will be granted in the following cases: the course is inaccessible due to technical errors on our end, or the customer has not accessed or used more than 10% of the course content. No refunds will be issued if the customer has accessed more than 10% of the content or completed the course, if the refund request is submitted after 7 days from the purchase date, or if the customer changes their mind after accessing the content. Customers must submit a refund request via email at [email protected] or through the support form on the website, attaching proof of purchase (transaction ID or invoice). Requests will be reviewed and responded to within 48 hours. Upon confirmation of eligibility, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned via the original payment method (e.g., PayPal). Note: PayPal transaction fees (if applicable) will not be refunded as per PayPal’s policy. For any refund-related inquiries, please contact us at [email protected].

Trials (Membership)

From time to time, we may offer trials of Premium Membership for a specified period without payment or at a reduced rate (a “Trial”). Levion.vn may determine your eligibility for a Trial and withdraw or modify a Trial at any time without prior notice and with no liability, to the extent permitted under applicable law.

For some Trials, we’ll require you to provide your payment details to start the Trial. By providing such details, you agree that we may automatically begin charging you for Premium Membership on the first day following the end of the Trial on a recurring monthly basis or another interval that we disclose to you in advance. IF YOU DO NOT WANT THIS CHARGE, YOU MUST CANCEL THE APPLICABLE PAID MEMBERSHIP BEFORE THE END OF THE TRIAL.

All items and materials found on Levion.vn, including Vietnamese language learning content, are the property of G9 and protected under international copyright law. The copying of any copyrighted content or materials for anything other than personal use is strictly prohibited. Paid materials may not be shared through any medium.

Community Guidelines

The posting of malicious comments or mature content is prohibited, and any person participating in harassment or misconduct will be subject to immediate termination from the site.

Personal Data Collection

Personal information provided by the user will be used only within the Levion.vn website to maintain the user’s personal account and record learning progress. Any data collected will remain purely confidential and will not be sold or released to a third party for any purpose.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Levion.vn.

Levion.vn has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Levion.vn shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content or services available on or through any such websites or services.
